Illusion: Cherry Blossoms
What is an illusion? The dictionary defines it as “a thing that is or is likely to be wrongly perceived or interpreted by the senses”. My Illusion scarfs when viewed against the base color creates the illusion that the motif is floating on the wearer. These scarves are made with silk organza that is woven in Kazakhstan, individual artisans preserving a technic that is centuries old along the historic silk road. I then felt into the base fabric using 100% merino wool. They are wide enough to wrap around your shoulders and can be squished up to wear as a scarf.
They measure approximately 15”x75”
